Holmes Bathroom Heater Fan

I gave it a four, because the weather is hot now in California and only tried to see if it worked. But I have not really used it yet. It came on time, and it looks nice.

I had a similar one for years but it finally went bad and I couldn't find one, so called Holmes and they pointed me to the one they had. The unique feature is a clock which we always found so convenient since we use it mostly in the master bath and it's nice to go in at night, whether the heater is on or not and know the time. Got this bathroom heater a month ago because my Texas sisters were going to be spending Christmas with us in Minnesota. I was worried they wouldn't be warm enough getting out of the shower. This heater works so well! I love how it has a cool-down phase when you turn it off. The dial temperature control is easy to use, and the built in clock is nifty. It heats the bathroom easily. This is a convection heater NOT a radiant one so it heats a bathroom (or other small room) very well. I don't like radiant heat as much since that gets one side of you really hot while the opposite side stays cool. Also radiant heat I think is more dangerous as far as setting things on fire if they are too close. This convective heater is more forgiving. The Heater is reasonably quiet and easy to operate. The GFCI plug is a nice thing to have on any heater. The timer is a nice touch. The thermostat doesn't appear to be accurate but I have not closely checked it. We simply turn it to "Stay on" when we get up in the morning and off when we are done in the bath. Not using the timer as much as expected. The only bad is that it has no memory so the clock has to be reset anytime the heater is unplugged or power is interrupted. But since we don't use the timer this is not so important but it is nice to have the clock displayed on the heater..... We don't use the timer because the bathroom gets too hot before we get there. If you have a seriously cold bathroom that might be good for you. The timer has to be re-turned on each day which is a good safety feature. Also the timer only turns on for 30 minutes, another good safety feature. I highly recommend this item. Seller, Beach Camera, was fast and communicated with me well when I had a question.
