Texture was easy to use. Sprayed the area in two light coats to blend into the old texture. Make sure you cover all areas around repair area to eliminate overspray. When dry, the finish was great. Much better than the old texture product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This stuff works really good. I am in the process of remodeling my kitchen and I had several areas on my ceiling that needed to be patched after hanging drywall and moving the electrical fixtures. There is absolutely no way to tell the difference in the original popcorn ceiling texture and the areas that were patched after using this product. I followed all the directions. Shook for almost two minutes. I had a very swall area to cover and I couldn't complete it. Ran out of steam. Very disappointed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Unfortunately, this product did not do as well as I would have expected. No matter how long and hard I shook the can, I only heard an occasional ping from the ball inside. I shook it well over a minute. When I first test sprayed it at the 20 to 30 inches recommended, it splattered over the floor and the upright board. The spray was uneven at best. It did not look like any popcorn ceiling I have ever seen. Spraying closer did not resolve any issues as that caused the spray to be way too lumpy and thick. It was, however, extremely easy to use, the color was an excellent white and cleaning up the floor took only seconds as it did not sink in and stain as regular paint would on unfinished tile. I have used a lot of spray paints over the years for a variety of projects so I don't believe it was 'operator' difficulty, just an unwieldy product. As a contractor, I struggle with product that do what they say they will do. this product is an excellent product, doing exactly what it's designed to do. Having experience in patching popcorn ceiling in commercial settings, matching the texture has always been an issue! Using this product after substrate repairs yields excellent results!
