The duvet cover protects our comforter while keeping us warm. The rest of the set makes our bed looks nice for presentation when we have guests over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this set for my daughter. We upgraded to this duvet that's more mature than kid cartoon comforter. She loves it and the teal and blue colors. I like this set so much I'm looking at getting a different color for our master room. The set come with three throw pillows. The patterns are each different and beautiful. It did take us a bit to learn how to put the duvet together. We got the hang of it and this set is truly beautiful.

The colors in this set match my color scheme perfectly! It looks very high end and sophisticated on my bed. It feels like a real grown up bedding set. My husband who never notices anything commented on how nice the colors are and purple is not his favorite color. I was worried the pleats would get messed up after washing so I turned the duvet and sham inside out to wash. They both came out great! There are still a few wrinkles from being packaged but I'm too lazy to iron them out. I was pleasantly surprised with how soft the underside is against my skin. The decorative top is a bit rough and scratchy but any place that touches your skin while sleeping is nice and soft. The buttons to fasten are a nice touch too. In the past, I've had duvets that had little ties and they are a pain. The decorative pillows alone make this set a two thumbs up from me. Beautiful!

It is light weight so it's perfect if you don't like heavy cover. With the mixture of colors you can match stuff super easy. Makes your bed look very beautiful.
