Just nice to sit down and use this on my tired toes, and let my mind drift away for a few moments. It gradually gets gently warm, and I place my feet on it carefully, and move them forward and back, pausing in the heel, center, and ball of the foot areas. You don't want to put a lot of pressure on the rotating balls, and you really don't need to. It isn't as good as a real human foot massage, but hey, who has someone handy to give you one??
I have only used this product once, I just recieved it two days ago. My first experience with the product was positive. My feet hurt most of the time and my husband doesn't always feel like rubbing them. I was able to sit back in my recliner and enjoy a relaxing foot massage. This is a good product for being so, small and compact. I think my husband is jealous and afraid it will replace him. lol
i work on my feet all day, this feel very good on my feet...it was expensive to me...but i like it. i figured if i spend money on feet massges this would be cheaper in the long run.
This is a good product but I would like to see Homedic tweak it a bit. It is a little awkward to try to keep your feet perfectly flat on the massager. I think it should be tilted a little to fit the feet better. But since I haven't seen another decent massager out there yet, I won't complain too much. It does the trick for sore, tired feet.
It sounds as if some others may have gotten a defective one. I have had mine for over a year now, and it still works great. It does make more sound now than it did, but that doesn't bother me. We have used it so much that the chrome has partially worn off of the little balls, so it looks a little funny, but still works. When I was shoping for a foot massager, I was hoping to find one that also had a vibrate feature - it doesn't. Also, you really must wear socks when using it, or cover it with some sort of thin fabric so that it rotates easier. Those are the only drawbacks I've found. I feel mine has been very durable. My kids have knocked it around quite a bit, and stand on it even though they are not supposed to, but it still keeps going.
