HoMedics NMSQ-200 Body Massager

Had this unit before. Wore it out after years. Ordered another. Just got new one today Couldn't wait to get it It helps relieve pain so much But it's not the same Dissapointed Much smaller & the vibration is so low it's not helping at all

I was very disappointed with this neck massager. The material was very hard and not flexable like I thought it would be. I have a special needs little girl and I thought it would be good stimulation for her neck but it did not help her at all.

You have to have the 2 speed vibrator on, either low or high, to have the heat on. If the headache is bad then the vibration is too strong. The heat function isn't hot enough to do any good.

First it really isn't a cushion it's far too hard. When plugged in it operates just fine unless you want to use the heat funtion more than twice or in conjunction with the massage function. I took this product on vacation with me thinking to use it on the plane. As it turns out it will only operate on batteries for about 15 seconds before they giggle them selves out of place and need to be put back in place for the next 15 seconds of use, which as you can imagine was NOT relaxing.

The product is a bit 'bulky' and the massage should be stronger. It kept falling away from my neck. I believe it would fit a larger person much better.
