Works very well, but I don't like that I have to be using one of the massage options for the heat to work. The massage options are also very loud, so don't try to watch TV while using lol
THIS IS AN AWSOME PRODUCT. I ORDERED 2 OF THEM BUT ONE WAS BROKEN. STILL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO SEND BACK.
This order and delivery process was fast! The product is amazing. I have constant tension headaches and this was the solution. I can't wait to get home every day and use it!
I've have this two weeks (couldn't believe it arrived in two days!) and am using it for a pinched nerve in my neck and using it on its side for my frozen shoulder massaging ...a great help so far!!
Not for me, it is to hard for my neck, I was thinking more heat for my shoulders
