[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my very honest take on this device. The first thing I noticed, is the contact points are very very hard. Especially if you place it anywhere near your neck, it almost feels like a pinch. Also, in order to keep it from rolling down your back and shoulders, you have to apply a lot of force, also causing further pain. I was hopeful for this product but I am surprised at how it was designed. This may be because of the battery that it is so heavy, which could be a plus if it didn't make it so heavy.

It is a little awkward to use in the beginning and I had to adjust the position a few times to get it to stay at the right spot! Once I got the hang of it I was able to enjoy the gentle heated massage. There are different intensities and directions. The heat function is good for sore muscles as well.

It has 3 speeds plus a reverse function. It provides painn reliefe for aching muscles. I felt it was a little ackward to use but did the trick!

Easy to turn on, v have different settings and even backwards movement too. It has heat for sore muscles and it's not rough it's very gentle and leaves you feeling relaxed and knotted free.
