I received this as a gift, we put water in, plugged in to wall, tapped power button and power button just turns red and shuts off. What can I do about this? Model CMTF91
Bought in February used 2x and the. It started leaking
This is the best humidifier,
I bought this less than a month ago, and it was working great up until around the 5th fill. At which point without reason it just stopped working. Lights come on like normal, but is not pumping mist no matter what I do
This is actually a really good humidifier with one big exception. You cannot clean the "tube" the humidity comes through and it grows mold like crazy. If they had made that "tube" a little bigger where you could get a brush in it, this would be a 5 star rating. However, there is no way to clean it and therefore I had to return the two I bought.
