Honey Stinger - Honey Stng Wff Sltcm Gluten Free - Case of 12-1.06 OZ

Decided to try the new flavor in the lineup...I liked it! Waffles are always a nice treat during an activity to take a break from gels. They aren't "heavy" and never cause any stomach issues, even during runs. Over 10 years in the Hive! Thanks for the support Honey Stinger!!

So far so good! Not quite as sweet tasting (in a good way) as some of the other ones. My husband hasn't liked other chocolate ones but he and I agree on this one. I only buy GF ones, since I'm gf and he's not, and sometimes it's a little frustrating to have far fewer choices.

These are a little sweeter than I like my waffles; or maybe it's that the cookie flavor is very cookie. I'm still looking for a substitute for gingersnap, and these are not it--that's the only reason I have for being disappointed. Otherwise, the flavor is what you expect and they are tasty.

I'll eat these things for breakfast - sometimes with peanut butter, I'll eat them on rides when I'm feeling hungry - sometimes 2 at a time. They are delicious! Sometimes they can get broken up in my jersey or trying to open them while riding but not a big deal. I love them!

I have been using HS waffles for years now, and they never disappoint. So tasty, easy to digest, and not too sweet. Also, unlike goops/chews/gummies, they don't freeze (too much) during the winter, or melt during the summer! They are definitely my favorite year-round fuel for long training efforts and races.
