HORMEL BLACK LABEL Canadian Bacon, Gluten Free, 6 oz Plastic Package

My family loves breakfast and I love cooking up this bacon, it holds its form really well. I also use it in casseroles and omelets. I even love wrapping it around my meatloaf, a ham, pork loin and cook it either in oven or grill. It adds such a great flavor to what ever I incorporate it with. I liked the way it fried up ..it didnt shrink to nothing like most brands of bacon do..my family loved the taste and how think it was... we had it on BLT sandwiches and it held up well on a sandwich it didnt crumble to nothing ...we all really enjoyed it [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Used 1/2 lb yesterday with fresh brussel sprouts. I saute the bacon, then add some butter, then put in the cleaned up brussels and wait until they turn brownish. Then put in some heavy cream, onions and cook for about 10 mins. Then put parmesean cheese and mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 20 mins until the cheese has melted and turned a bit brown. WOW! What an amazing way to use 1/2 lb of bacon without just eating it right away. I have also made Maple Bacon Sugar free ice cream. Wow, that was amazing too. Too bad I don't have an ice cream maker anymore or I would keep making it almost every day. I just ate it as soon as it was hardened and ready! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I love Hormel Black Label Canadian Bacon! It helps make the best pizzas. I can use it with marinara sauce or with a white sauce or habanero/honey. It compliments whatever you pair it with. Then add your fresh mozzarella and you have great pizza. It is seasoned just right. Not too salty and goes with many things. Breakfast, on a charcuterie board with smoked gouda...oh my goodness!
