I really liked this chili. Nice and chunky. Good flavor. I used it in a frito pie casserole. Turnes out great. Everyone in the house loved it. I did receive this chili for free in exchange for my honest opinion/review. I do like it and have purchased some already.
yummy orignal flavors that you hope for when you eat a can of chili.. I am super happy with the way this taste, the thickness and the amount of beans is perfect. I will buy Hormel everytime now. the different kinds i have tried have all been amazing.
Before getting to sample the Hormel Chili box, I hadn't tried the Hormel brand of Chili. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it! My daughter (very picky) also really enjoyed Hormel Chili! It had a wonderful flavor and plenty of meat and beans. The meat had a great texture, it was like I had added my own ground beef... It was very tender and meaty. I loved that the Hot Hormel Chili had just a little extra kick to it. It was the perfect amount of heat! The Hot flavor was great! We loved this chili and have since switched brands and been buying Hormel instead! We definitely recommend!

For me, this chili wasn't much different from the normal chili in everything but texture. The flavor was good, the texture might have been better just plain rather than as a mix in or as a topping. I'd probably prefer another type of Hormel chili over this one but I did enjoy this chili. If you like chunkier chili and enjoy Hormel's flavor, this chili is for you!
