I really enjoy making our lunch sandwiches using Hormel's Deli Smoked Turkey! The turkey is 100% natural, so I feel good about making my children their school sandwiches with this delicious turkey. It comes in a resealable plastic packaging which helps to keep if fresh for the week. It is made with no artificial ingredients, no preservatives, is gluten free and doesn't contain hormones. I also appreciate that it provides a good amount of protein and is low in calories. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a natural choice for lunches!

This turkey was eaten so fast I didn't get to take a picture. My family almost finished it from the refrigerator before I got home from work the day after I got it. I have been asked to include it in lunch boxes for the upcoming school year. That says a lot as my kids are very picky. The one tiny piece left in the package was quite tasty. It did not have the slimy texture of a lot of prepackaged options. The cut was thin but not see thru so it was a great slice thickness. It was very similar to the freshly sliced options I usually get from the deli. While I will buy it again for the kids I still prefer a slightly thicker slice from the deli counter.

I was given this product for free in exchange for an honest review. I enjoyed being able to test out this product because I like having sandwiches as my lunch when I'm working. The first thing I liked about the packaging was that it came in a resealable plastic bag so it was able to stay fresh in the refrigerator. When I open the package, the turkey was moist so it wasn't dry, which was nice and I made a sandwich like I normally would. There's not really anything exciting about turkey so this one I would compare it to other deli meat that I have and it tasted good. The only negative thing I would say about the turkey is that when I looked up the nutritional facts, it did have a high sodium content. I think compared to some other turkey options, I would not purchase this one because I would look for a healthier version.

I normally do not like prepackaged deli meat that isn't sliced at the deli right then and there. However, this one was pretty good! I love that it's natural so I feel better about feeding it to my children. They loved it in a turkey and cheese sandwich. I received this product in exchange for my honest review. Is it good? Yeah. Is it like, "oh my gosh this is the best deli meat I've ever had"? Nah. It's fine. It's like any other deli meat. Honestly, I'd rather pay a few bucks more for Boar's Head and get better quality. This is the same as any other pre cut pre packaged deli meat. Slightly salty. Slices are sandwich thickness. If it were on a sandwich next to the other leading prepackaged brand of deli meat, with condiments, cheese, lettuce, etc.- you wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
