Gid McCool is a U.S. Marshall working mighty hard for his pay these days. The question is if he'll ever collect. He's surrounded by Hostile Guns. George Montgomery stars in this tough-as-leather western as a marshal escorting prisoners across the Texas badlands and encountering more trouble than a sack full of rattlesnakes. Ambushers lurk in the distance. His spitfire of an ex-lover (Yvonne DeCarlo) is one of the prisoners. And his loyal deputy (Tab Hunter) may not be very loyal.
