Hot Wheels - Mega Construx Twinduction Hauler Pack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Lego set as a gift in exchange for my honest review of the product. My son loves cars and trucks so this was definitely a hit with him. Unfortunately he didn't really like the building aspect of it, but again there's 355 pieces to put together. The instructions are simple and it comes packaged in separate bags from one another (that's a bonus). My son unfortunately is rough on his toys so it took him less time to break it apart then we put in putting it together. If your child loves constructing and putting things together this will definitely be for them, but if your child (like mine) doesn't, I would avoid this or at least glue it together.

My 5 year old was thrilled to get this building set. I was a little apprehensive since he's just starting with the smaller blocks, but the set came with very detailed and easy to follow picture directions (no reading required). All the bags were clearly labeled. And the hauler and car each had their own book. His favorite part is that he can customize the set with other blocks we already had at home. He loves to remodel the car and make additions to the hauler. Of course crashes are awesome fun too when they happen to drive off a cliff (table) and shatter in the canyon (floor) below. We were a little disjointed in the tools that came along with the set. They are pretty flimsy and difficult to attach onto their storage hooks and easily lost when we couldn't get them attached.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fun and easy to put together. My son loves building things and loves Hot Wheels so this was an immediate hit. A good enough amount of pieces to hold their attention but not to many to be overwhelming for the younger children. Over all it's a very cute set and all of the pieces are functional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My children were so excited to build this together! This was our first experience with a building block style vehicle. Upon first glance, I thought the vehicles were going to be stationary so the movable wheels made the toy extra fun for the kids after they finished building. The roofs come off as well to allow the two drivers to be inserted into the vehicles and the trailer also has moving parts, as well as a complete tool set! I really like the multiple stages this toy has. Building and play, all in one! Excellent!

Really fun for all our children. the pieces are quite stable and fit together nicely. My only complain is the back ramp arrived with a small piece broken off. I would definitely get this again.
