Horrible product and customer service. Purchased this for Christmas, stopped working correctly after 1 use with constant beeping. Tried recalibrating several times. Contacted Walmart and received a replacement. Worked for a week and the same issue. Tried to contact Walmart and because it was a replacement had to contact the manufacturer. Contacted them and they refused to help.

Very disappointed. I bought this for my son for Christmas. It was not working by April! No matter how long you charge it, it does not turn on. Contacted Hover-1 support and was told they only warranty for 90-days, instead of the typical 1 year. I guess it's just enough time to get out of warranty for it to stop working. Reading the other reviews now and people are having the same issue with their board not working 4-6 months after purchase.

I cant speak on the product itself but walmart shipping SUCKS!!!! This was my sons gift from santa and they decided to leave it on my front porch in the hoverboard box instead of a plain box you would typically get packages in. Needless to say this is no longer a surprise.

Excellent quality and ready to use right out of the box. There is a weight limit of 160 lbs, so adults need to stay off and get a larger one of themselves. Charge takes about an hour, and ride time is about 30-45 minutes most of the time. Such good fun and enjoyment. Fairly easy to master because the hoverboard is self-balancing.

I don't often give reviews but this is the second Hoverboard we've purchased (with issues. We've purchased three in total). This one worked well for 24 hours and is now beeping and difficult to balance but has a full battery. I've tried to calibrate it and charge it but that doesn't seem to be helping. I've researched some and it says it could be loose wires causing it to be doing this. My child is an experienced rider but struggles to keep this one where they want it because it's nearly impossible to balance (I've also attempted it and the child is not wrong. It brought the challenge of balancing up significantly. I'm also under the weight limit therefore I shouldn't have caused any additional damage)... I'm concerned about the safety of the user while on this product.
