Definitely buy the protection plan for 2 yrs on any hoverboard / razor, etc. These batteries can be wonky and you don't want to get stuck with a bad battery problem. My kids love these but I've learned to buy the protection plan and have used it thankfully

I got this hoverboard about a month ago and very quickly it became my entire family's favorite toy. My son rides it more than me and almost every day. It is a well built hoverboard and looks great. I use it only for fun and not for actual commute, so the battery seems to last forever. It can be used on solid surfaces as well as grass. It comes with an app that you can use to change color, monitor speed etc. Lights are beautiful and well placed. Some things that I think can be improved: 1) Bluetooth range is very low and it keeps losing connection 2) The power button and the charging ports are at the bottom of the hoverboard and because of the weight of this thing (it is sturdy), I find it inconvenient to have to flip it over for turning on / off and / or charging Other than the minor points listed above, it is a very nice toy and our entire family loves this hoverboard.

This Hover-1 Titan is one awesome machine. I received it for an honest review, and I can truly say I have not had this much fun standing up in a long time. I mean that in a nice way. This Hover-1 Titan takes your senses to a whole new level. After a little practice, I was riding it all around. I tried to take a video to show the fun, but couldn't get it to upload. Of course, read the manual that comes with it before riding on it. The Hover reminded me of how you feel when you get your first bike. You try to balance yourself and before you know it, you're riding and having a blast. The Hover is extremely sturdy and cool looking. You can go about 8 miles on a single charge and it can hold weight up to 260 pounds! It has Bluetooth that sounds awesome and the lights really add to the experience. The free app is available for IOS and Android. It looks so cool at night and people just stare and smile as you ride by. I would recommend watching the videos. Also be sure to wear safety gear, like head and knee protection, the same as if you were skateboarding or mountain biking. All in all, this is just so much fun that you have to try it. I think the most fun beside the ride itself, is watching people's reactions! My new best toy for sure!

I love this thing! I got the rose gold color and I am obsessed. Very impressive looking. It look expensive and it is very well made. I could not wait to try it out and when it was fully charged I was even more impressed by how well it works. I am a first timer and would not be happier having used this for the first time. There was no assembly required just plug and let it charge. It also gives you instructions in the event that it need to be realigned. It was very easy to sync to my phone via bluetooth and I got to playing my tunes immediately. It also came very well packaged. The charge lasts for a reasonable time and it also charges quiet quickly for the amount of usage. The tires are very big and fortified so it seems to be able to traverse a lot of different terrains. I have only used it on sidewalks thou. All in all, I definitely recommend, very happy with this product.

It was very well packed and included great tips and directions. The first thing I did was charge it. I was surprised that it only took a few hours. I paired easily with my iphone and I immediately tried the blue tooth speaker. The sound was surprisingly good. The app was also easy to download and I love the real time GPS tracking and trip recording. It has 3 learning levels which makes it easier when you have never ridden one before. It easily turns and spins. We took the cat for a ride and she loved it too!!
