HP - 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - AMD Ryzen 7 - 8GB Memory - 512GB SSD - Natural Silver

Upon arrival after updating software, my bluetooth devices would not connect. After trying Microsoft customer service and HP customer service trying to fix, HP suggested I put the computer back to factory settings and try again. Several hours later everything is working fine.

My new HP laptop is beautiful and has a keyboard that actually makes me want to type stuff directly from the laptop. I rarely use built-in keyboards, preferring to use a wireless one, but this keyboard is quite neat. I also love the laptop's speed and quiet. Moving from an older HP laptop to a new one, I continue to be happy with the overall HP experience.

Basically love it. Only complaint is it does not charge through the USB C port so I could not do "one-cable" docking station. Configuring Windows 11 with local account and storage, eliminating bloatware and spyware took two days and much research. Passmark performance puts it as fast as my "big i7" desktop though I have not run big LTSpice simulations on it yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer is a good size for limited space and works well to print, scan, and copy quickly. Haven't had it long enough to measure ink life but seems to be doing great there as well. Overall very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice lightweight machine with a lot of power behind it. It's fast and was easy to set up and use right out of the box. Interacts well with my HP wireless printer and syncs with all my mobile devices. I really like it!
