These may be very old dried out ink cartridges. My printer shows they're full but they're not printing, especially the cyan is totally missing! Awful.
Super upset!!! Because they delivered my order to other apartment! Same door number but different address!
I decided to return this item because you indicated the other part of my order (4 pack computer Duster sprays) would be delivered by 10 pm that evening. But no delivery, no heads up that my item would be delayed and after 2 days I cancelled that part of order and decided to return the HP ink item as well. More as a matter of principle, why give business to a company that can not even honor their commitments.
It's printing ink, for crying out loud! You don't eat it, you don't clean toilets with it, and you don't dance with it now and then! Good grief! I just wanted to say that the order was processed very quickly, efficiently and shipped to me in a day or two. I appreciated that very much. It appears they sourced the local store to ship it, rather than a centralized warehouse. Very pleased.
My delicate little HP cartridge arrived in a box with my 14" cast iron skillet. Guess which part of my order was damaged? The shipment was packed very poorly. I returned the smashed HP cartridge via Fed Ex on Monday 3/10/25. I tracked the return and confirmed it was delivered Wednesday 3/12/25 to Walmart. I received no communication from Walmart regarding my replacement. Two days later, on Friday 3/14/25, I finally called Walmart asking when I could expect the replacement, since I was unable to resolve this issue on line. I was told it will arrive today 3/17/25. I cannot find any information through my account regarding this replacement.
