HP - Pavilion 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop -AMD Ryzen 5 5500U - 8GB Memory - 512GB SSD

While this computer is amazingly fast to start up, there have been a couple of problems. I purchased a program with the computer (PC Mover) to bring everything over from my old computer. First off, the program came with an ethernet cable and the new computer does not have an ethernet port. The software also worked over WiFi, but it was slow. Some programs didn't transfer and others were non functional. HP should have offered something else. The computer will not stay connected to WiFi very long before it drops. Still working on finding out what is causing the problem and how to resolve it.

I have already given my feedback but that isn't good enough for HP and as such let me make it clear I am sick and tired of being asked for feedback. Your printers won't talk to your laptops and my new HP laptop is so brilliant that I have to put a light on to read the keys, because grey on silver is such a wonderful combination. But it is the almost manic desire for feedback that gets me- I don't see why you have to annoy your customers with providing feedback: if anyone reads it they don't belevee it SO WHAT IS THE POINT.

Quality computer for a reasonable price. First computer I bought with an AMD chip, very happy with it so far performs well. Extended warranty was very reasonable.

I got this laptop to replace my HP 15-ay011nr which, with added ram and an SSD, has been a real workhorse for the past 7 years. (It is still going strong, but the case is cracked so it will be put on the shelf behind the big screen and used for streaming from now on.) This new laptop, the first I've had with and AMD chip, is so far performing well.

Love It!! This laptop was the best purchase ever and the best laptop I have ever bought. The color is unrealistically beautiful and indepth and the sound is pretty nice. It is much better than my last laptop and I will definitely recommend it to someone who is just needing something for schoolwork or office work.
