HP Photosmart C4180 Multifunction Printer

I have been very impressed with the print quality and easy to use editing features for picture printing. The concise getting started instructions were fun and very easy to use. I was printing and experimenting within minutes of opening the bpx. It even came with the 4 x 6 picture cards for immediate picture processing. I really like the LCD display and built in instuctions. All of this combined with the scanning and copying abiliity make this printer a real bargain. It is also light and small enough to move around. I use this printer with my MacBook and it was a seamless integration, no problems at all. Another great product HP!!!

This printer does not have an out tray and the papers "shoot" out of the printer and fly all over. If you're printing multi pages you have to sit there to catch the pages. Sometimes they just drop back into the "in" tray and start curling around to get fed back into the printer. Lots of paper jams and not real easy to clear them.Very noisy printer. We were very disapointed with this printer and sent it back.

prints text cleanly and sharp photos, although not quite as good as say, a dedicated photo printer or a professional printer, are still of high quality (im using the tri colour and b&w cartridge, as opposed to the 6 colour) build quailty is very good, screens nice and photo tray on the side is neat one bad thing: if printing fast, it fires paper out which can get caught on the paper tray, causing a paper jam!!!!

I purchased this psc as a replacement for an older HP psc which I used for over three years. So far I am well satisfied with this model and find it to be well worth the investment. The photos are sharp and crisp and copies of letters are very distinct. I am not 100% pleased with the smaller quantity of ink in the cartridges and find they must be replaced far more frequently than in previous printers.

I'm a secretary in a real estate office and I am responsible for installing and doing small maintnence jobs on all of our printers and faxes. My office just replaced our DeskJet 6122 with this printer and it is so easy to use and there are so many things it can do. I liked our old printer but this one greatly exceeds my expectations. I've already told my husband I want to get one for home.
