H&R Block - Tax Software Basic 2024 - Windows, Mac OS

Using H&R Block's tax software made filing my taxes easy and stress-free. The interface was user-friendly, and I appreciated the step-by-step guidance throughout the entire process. It was clear, intuitive, and even flagged potential issues before I filed. I felt confident that everything was accurate, and I especially liked the ability to import documents and previous returns seamlessly. Overall, a great experience—I'll definitely be using it again next year!

Have been using this software for about the past seven years and there is usually a problem or error or something. This year things worked perfectly with out a glitch. I think most if not all the problems were caused by operator error. I do like the fact that the program can utilize last years return to retrieve information from the previous year.

In the program was really good, easy to use. Walked me through all the parts and had no issues. The one thing that was missing was that it did not import some of my investment information from Charles Schwab or SoFi bank . If you could get that included it would be great

I had a hard time going back when I changed my mind on some answers. I could not get the question back again. I used the go to button to try to get to the direct deposit information fill in my bank information. Could not get there. Verification results would not let me fix the problem and clear it out. Difficult to navigate without trying a dozen ways to get to something. If something is on a return I should be able to go to it directly

My only issue was entering the install code. I copy/pasted the code, but it did not work. After several attempts, I entered it manually and it worked. The issue appeared to be the hyphen in the code. The software was not robust enough to handle the many possible ways the user might choose to enter it.
