I was very excited to take these as directed and had hoped for 3-5lbs lost with one bottle but even with cutting back on food and upping exercise along with the pills not 1 lb was lost, fluctuated and actually lost .5 at one point but gained 1 then lost .5 a couple times but ended exactly where I started so complete waste of money and do not recommend!!

I used to get Rapid Slim, but it's not available anymore, so it took a long time to find something else. This works!
