We use it for knee pain especially and it works well. Follow directions on bottle. Use it with arnica gel or cream and it works overtime. We use it in place of other pain reliever.
I play racquetball, and I take it after playing and I don"t have pain the next day. I take 4 tabs right after the matches and then 20- 30 minutes later. I've been hooked on it for a long time probably 30-40 years.
When used as directed product didn't do anything noticeable. Maybe stronger dose would be better.
For me, Arnica is a must have item in the medicine cabinet, especially as I start a new exercise class. It helps me be able to move the next day. I have had good results for many years.
It's fantastic to be able to minimize my use of over the counter pain relievers and use this instead. it's amazing how well it works, how quickly, too.
