Unpredictable motor as to when it kicks in. This bike could use multiple gears to climb any hill; it only has 1 gear. Two of the four bolts that are supposed to hold the handlebar in place are evidently stripped, making it impossible to keep the handlebar in place, making it dangerous! The bolt fixing the seat is WAY TOO TIGHT from the manufacturer! I can't loosen it, especially with a curved hex tool that is needed and not included!
