I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Original Spread, 21.3 Oz.

We used ICBINB for many years. We even told all of our friends about it's great taste. But since the change it doesn't taste buttery anymore. We have stopped using it completely went back to real butter which is better. We just use less of it. Really wish ICBINB had the same great taste it used to have, it won't even melt on hot toast or a hot potato. Very disappointed.

I've been using I Can't Believe It's Not Butter since it first came out. However, the new "simple recipe" has changed both the taste and the texture so now it's like every other margarine on the market. It used to be a very special, tasty product, but now I really CAN believe it's NOT butter and I would NOT recommend this new "simple recipe" to anyone.

I have used I Can't Believe It's Not Butter for years. When all of the other vegetable oil spreads came out they all had a strange taste and would not melt on toast. That is when I started using I Can't Believe It's Not Butter and swore that I would never change. Well, with this new recipe it puts you in the same category as all of the others because it does not melt on toast and I no longer like the taste of it. I am so tired of hearing about the fact that it is now made with “simple ingredients like a delicious blend of plant-based oils, purified water and a pinch of salt”. I really don't know what you think a buttery taste is but this new recipe does not have that at all, the old recipe did. I always say that if it is not broken don't fix it…well, you should have left it alone. I am now on the search for a new product to use and if by some small miracle you change the recipe back then you have lost a long time customer. It is okay to admit when you are wrong…Coca Cola did when they changed the recipe and soon realized that they made a mistake and changed it back to the old recipe. I hope you follow in their footsteps.

We have used "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!" for several years, probably since it first came out. The new product you have put on the market is awful. We use it for toast every morning. When we spread it on the toast, it does not melt. It sits on top of the bread. We are no longer ICBINB, customers. We have switched to another product.

Since ICBINB has changed from the round tub to the square one, we have noticed a marked texture difference. Now we CAN believe it's not butter. We have been using your product for over 20 years. It is so slippery, it won't stay on a knife. It also seems like it tastes a little different. We (my husband and I) both like the old version MUCH better.
