iCraft Deco Foil Laminating Machine 12"

While it was fine for a number of documents, the right side kept catching and about every 12 documents, it would eat one. Finally completely ate a document (no visible sign of it) which melted to the rollers inside. Several (about 5 out of 45) ended up accordianed (jammed and I was able to pull out, but they were bent like an accordion). Returned to Sam's Club.

I purchased this laminator based on previous reviews and the need for a light weight portable laminator. It has met my expectations. I have carried it in checked luggage without problems and used it a few times since my purchase. Inthe past I have used laminators that required one to iplace the item to laminate in a "carrier". (a heavy paper folder or sleeve) before inserting into the laminator. This laminator does not use a carrier; the item once placed between the laminate paper is fed directly into the laminator.

Works great! I am using it for scrapbooking and it does exactly what the more expensive machines do.

We bought several similar laminators to laminate hundreds and hundreds of old photos. However, the motor will eventually burn out. But while it's working, it does a good job and very easy to operate and for the money, it's a good deal.

This laminator does exactly what I expected for a low price laminator. It doesn't feel cheap. I like that it is small, and stores away easy for occasional use.
