I used to gaslight myself thinking I was just sensitive, but I see so many others gets more then a burning sensation they get burns. Currently hurting due to a rash from this… this is after sitting in the shower trying to wash it off.

I like the icy hot no mess roll-on best I don't like putting the lotions on and getting them on my hands and risk. I might get it in places. I don't want it or in my eye. So this is very easy to apply, and I can carry it with me everywhere in my purse. It does work good for the value for money. It does give you some relief. I'm also able to massage better with the the bottle went up applying the icy hot to the hurting area.

had no cooling or warming sensation when i applied it, 2ish hours later im now in bed and my foot is completely throbbing in pain worse than the sprain.
