Imodium A-D Diarrhea Relief Caplets, 36 count, 2 mg

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] imodium works great once you struggle to open the package. Packaging needs to be addressed and find a better way to package the product. I wouldn't recommend this product only because it is very difficult to open.

Packets are impossible to open by hand without crushing the tablet. Imodium has to hate it's customers. These complaints were acknowledged 4 years ago and nothing has been done. Customer retention gets a 0 out of 5 stars. Most people probably deuce themselves a couple times before they get just 1 tablet out of the packaging!

Worst packaging ever. It should not be so difficult to get relief while trying to open the blister pack. I see other answers to comments that says you are working on it but how many years has this product been on the market with the same miserable and frustrating packaging?

I am currently plagued with severe gastrointestinal symptoms and pretty much any food I eat goes LITERALLY right through me. I have to get up after a few bites to "get rid of it", but this helps me at least sit long enough to finish a meal and absorb some nutrients. Packaging isn't an issue for me.

The packaging renders the tablets almost unusable. (Look for the version without child-proof packaging, those are better. Hard to find though.). To the company: stop answering all these messages with “call us”. You KNOW what the problem is. It can be fixed. Just fix it.
