Made with durable polyester fabric that is fade and weather-resistant. The brightly colored printed fabric is laminated onto plastic panels. The panels are supported with fiberglass which maintains the balloon shape. Measures 12 inches wide by 46 inches high by 12 inches deep. 30" twister tail with streamers hangs from a plastic basket. Hot air balloons ship flat and are easy to assemble. The balloon has been partially assembled with the bottom fiberglass spars already glued into the plastic basket.
