Based on actual case, files of the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, Director Brad Turner's fast-paced thriller follow the case of a mysterious mail-bomber terrorizing a Baltimore suburb. With one man dead and his wife in a coma, the case is left in the hands of Alex Urbina (Silverman), a rookie Postal Inspector with no experience in homicide ,and his partner, long-time veteran Frank Hughes (Gossett). The two struggle against puzzling evidence to nail down a suspect before he strikes again. All the while, the clock keeps ticking...
