Inspire Fitness FTX Functional Trainer Gym

I've had this FTX for about a year. I continue to be impressed with the overall build quality and durability, especially considering the price point. I see no signs of wear despite regular use. Only issue (for me) is that I'm 6'3” and this unit is too short for me as far as the pull-up bar and higher position exercises. Otherwise, would definitely buy again!

I have been using the FTX for over 3 years now and it has been a great addition to my home gym. I have free weights but the FTX makes it easy to do many of the same workouts without causing injury. As I get older, it's a great way to still stay fit. I have most of the attachments so able to do all types of exercises. The build quality is excellent and have not had any issues with any of the components. I do wish it came with the 5 lb. add on weights as standard as some exercises are hard to go up by 10 lbs.

It is truly a functional and versatile trainer that is a good price point. My biggest complaint is the bench is relatively inferior as it is it doesn't have a completely flat setting for some perplexing reason. It's very annoying. Otherwise, I love the trainer and use it frequently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembly was pretty straightforward, did it all by myself in about 90 minutes. I really love this machine, I had free weights and a bench before but had reached the point I just didn't use them due to the time it took to change weights and bench position between exercises. Now I can rapidly switch between exercises and cram more exercises into my limited time. Seriously love this machine. All top quality and works flawlessly. My only regret is I didn't purchase it sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the Inspire FTX 7/22 to complete my home gym, which is in a 16'x7' V-nose cargo trailer, and the FTX fits perfectly in the V-nose section. Assembly was easy, even for a 69 year old (former personal trainer and Spinning and Body Sculpt instructor), and it has proven to be one of the best investments in equipment I have made. After a few months I did buy 2 plate pins to add some plates for certain exercises, and since each pin can hold 20 lbs I have not had to exceed the weight ratings yet, even with both pins in one weight stack. I would highly recommend the Inspire Fitness FTX to anyone looking to add a functional trainer to their home gym, or any of the other Inspire Fitness machines or accessories. I finally retired in 2021 after 42 years in the gym/fitness business, and with the addition of the FTX, I never miss being in a commercial gym!
