This is my 2nd child and I really like this stroller! I have only one tiny tiny complaint and that is the front wheel is a little tight even after using wd-40. But it it not bad. I do not jog, so if I did more than walk with it, I might notice it more. I started using this with my 2.5 month old son along with a head support insert that works great. It does incline enough so that his head is not coming forward in the seat. For the price of $98 this is a steal!! It is somewhat bulky, as it just folds (easily) in half for transporting. I have a SUV so I do not mind. I really like the harness. It gives my infant plenty of padded support. I have been using this stroller for a month and a half-no complaints.
After lots of research on all terrain strollers, I finally decided on this one. We are planning on returning it today. Here are the problems: sunshade is worthless. The two bars that come down the side of the stroller either need padding or to be re-positioned. I took my 9 month old on a walk on a dirt road in the sitting up position. I soon realized that when he was looking over to the side (which was most of the walk), his forehead was bouncing against the metal bar. The head lines up directly with those bars, so you need to pad it somehow. I was willing to live with that by using a blanket, but the other major problem is the front swivel wheel. If you try to back up, it gets stuck sideways and will not straighten out on it's own without kicking it into position. It did not get better after lubricating it. The other thing I didn't care for is the height of the handle bars. I am 5'7" and they seemed a little high for me; about up to my mid-stomach. Overall, I bought this stroller for a majority of the reviews and the affordable price, but it is not worth it. We are going to return it and spend a little more to get a different one.
easy to set up, very, very convenient trays. ride is not as smooth as I expected (we live in Manhattan), and storller is heavy (this is comparing to our Bugaboo - maybe that's my problem...) - but bottom line, as a second stroller it's a very good buy for the price.
My husband and I have been trying to get out and walk more often. My almost-two year old LOVES to go with us (he is rather insistent, really). I had an inexpensive, fold-it-up-tiny kind of stroller which worked great at church and other indoor places, but it was getting old and worn out, and when it came to trying to get a good power-walk, it was terrible. (handle too low, ya kick the thing trying to get a decent stride). SO, I looked for a relatively inexpensive jogging stroller. This one had good reviews over all, so I bought it (online with site-to-store..great service!!!). It was SO easy to set up, and it works very well. I am not terribly tall (5'6") but the handle is a good height for both me and my husband (just over 6 ft). My little one LOVE the ride and it goes smoothly over yards (back yard), gravel, around the neighborhood (that includes those drainage ditches you have to cross) As others have mentioned, the front wheel DOES wobble when you go at a good brisk pace (so it would when jogging too), but if you lock the swivel wheel, it really helps! I just unlock it when we get to a store or such and will be going slower and need to turn in the isles. Having the wheel locked when out on our walks is not a big deal since most of the turns we make are gradual. For those very few that aren't, I just tip it back off the front tire for the quick turn and we are off again. I would definitely recommend this stroller for someone who it walking. Not so sure about the jogging, though, unless, like me you jogging is fairly straight...not too many turns. Definitely worth the money. We will have many hours of walking to come.
Bought this to take my 5 y/o to Universal Studios. Never use a stroller anywhere else, but after a few hours at theme parks he complains and wants a stroller. Although my son is large (46" and 55#) it fit okay for a regular stroller. The weight was not problem. Height was an issue if reclined. Stroller worked great for what we wanted and needed it for. Rolled and turned easily. Did not use the lap bar due to son's size. Would recommend.
