Dura Case for Nintendo DS Lite

This is a perfect case for the DS, it is durable, protective and has 6 game cartridge storage spots and can hold an extra stylus. I would recommend to anyone whose kids have a DS and need a case. The only thing I'd have to "complain" about is these cases are not sold in stores and the button to open the case is difficult for my 5 year old daughter to push to get open, but my 6 year old son opens it just fine. Overall though, it's a great product.

I purchased this case for around $9.00 as part of a bundle package that included a Nintendo DS and a game. The DS fits so snug in the case that it is extremely difficult for an adult to get it out and pretty much impossible for my 5 year old grandson who received this as a gift. I wish I had not purchased it. However, he will probably just use it to store his games in.

Bought four of these a year and a half ago for the 4 DS's in our house. Fantastic value! The cases are strong, hard plastic, and our children added stickers to personalize the outside. Just this week, one broke for the first time, when it was accidentally dropped by a 9 year old onto concrete. The case itself is still intact, but the button mechanism broke so the case does not stay closed. It's still being used however - just placed a thick rubberband around the case to hold it closed. So we'll order a new one because we really like these cases!

It is very durable, well-made, and holds a lot in a little space. The only complaint I would have is that my 7-yr-old can't open it by himself, so anytime he wants to play his DS he has to ask an adult to open it (which may be a good thing b/c then we can monitor when he uses it!). All in all I would highly recommend it.

Purchased two of these for my DDs ds lites. Great product. Protected a game when it fell down a flight (14 steps) of hardwood stairs onto a tile covered concrete floor below. Not even a scratch on the case. May have been luck, but I was impressed. Insisted on this case for my ds lite that my husband just purchased me. Holds 6 game cards and a extra pen as well. Wonderful product at a great price.
