iRobot - Roomba 694 Wi-Fi Connected Robot Vacuum - Charcoal Grey

Seems to get stuck a lot and I don't have much furniture and mostly wood flooring. I have to clean the rollers after almost every use and the ledge/obstruction detectors at least twice every time it runs. If these are not done it spins in circles. Only 2 of us so not a ton of dirt tracked in. I have only used it 4 times.

This thing is awesome. I have my room by scheduled to start vacuuming when I leave the house to go to work. I get a notice when it is done cleaning and back home charging. When I get home, I just empty what it has vacuumed up. I actually will leave a small leaf or something like that on the floor to see if it will actually pick it up and when I come back to empty the receptacle, it has not failed me as what I left on purpose & all kinds of dirt and hair from the dogs are in the receptacle.

After charging my new unit for 24 hours it didn't work. I called tech support and wasn't impressed. The tech first told me I had to remove the battery from my old unit and place it into the new unit. After telling him several times this wasn't a warranty replacement, that I purchased it new, he finally understood. He then tried to walk me through the steps of setting it up with the app. Each time he told me to just press the center "Clean" button. After that failed, he had me take the unit apart and check the battery, which I was unable to remove. However, pressing on the battery seemed to seat it better and it started working. Then we tried to set it up with the app again. After several failed attempts, he asked me if I was sure I was pressing the small buttons on top and below the Clean button. Had he told me that to begin with I may have had better results. Once I got it set up, he told me that my old unit was still under warranty and he could send me out a new motor. As of now he is sending me a replacement unit and a new motor. I wasted about 45 minutes and I am truly sorry I didn't buy it through Amazon, where I could have walked it into my nearby Kohls and just had a new unit sent out. I spent much too much work trying to use their unit and needless to say, I am dissapointed

This was given to me as a gift I LOVE it! As someone who has a disability, this has been a life-changer for me. I have two dogs with white hair and dark floors and this has changed my life! It gets stuck now and then and he is stoned some days and like a typical man he can't find his way home some days but my floors have never been cleaner! It picks up dog hair like a pro! I wish I was able to experience the more expensive ones because this one is awesome! My Dyson has dust on it.

Getting this as Christmas gift is the best thing a person with "low energy" or "depression" (but still cares about a clean home) could ask for. It cleans for you, and it does it perfectly. And it is NOT loud, I live in an apt and I can't hear it despite being in the next room with the door open. It's much more quiet than a normal vacuum. It cleans under and around obstacles perfectly; after each 20 minute session it has a full tank that I dump and that's all there is to it. My black carpet doesn't have a speck on it and it looks beautiful. No more anxiety about having to vacuum (with a cat that likes to tear things up, debris become annoyingly visible on a black carpet). It perfectly vacuums under my chairs and desks without getting stuck, navigating around obstacles and over them. There's a small ledge into my tile kitchen and it goes over and back perfectly. 26 cleanings under its belt and not a single complaint. You will have to pick up any wires or chords and things of that sort before starting tho, and that's easy.
