IronMan Gravity 1000 Inversion Table

I bought this about 3 weeks ago on the advice of my chiropractor. I get compression loading and this machine keeps me moving every day. It was also very easy to put together, however, I recommend that you have a socket set available because that shortened my assembly time by at least an hour!

Just got this table on the advice of my doctor. Took about 2 hours to put together. Seems to be well made. Still trying to get the adjustment right. Slowly inverts when putting your arms overhead but is reluctant to return to an upright position when bringing your arms back to your sides. Have to use the arm rails to get upright again. I have back problems which causes muscle cramps at night affecting my sleep. This table along with some other back stretches I do have allowed me to sleep cramp free. Overall I think this was a worhwhile investment.

It was the cheapest table with the type of feet holders. The table was easy to assemble all the four tools are included. Seems to work great. My daughter does her inverted sit ups and I lay back for 10 min. Does an inversion table work for the back? Still to early to tell.

Item arrived well-packed with solid instructions for assembly. All parts were present and easily inventoried. Unit was assembled in approximately one hour and works nicely. The unit is of solid construction and has shown itself to be effective within the first several sessions.

I like the inversion table, it's well worth the price. It shipped fast and got it within the week. It's stable and supports me just fine and I'm not a little person. I'd recommend this to anyone. I wish there was a way to lock it in place while upside down and the way you lock yourself in could be better. In all I'm very satisfied with it and it has helped with my back with only a of week use.
