Symphony, California, 2000 Ironstone's Obsession is made from the Symphony Grape which was developed in California in the 1960's. Symphony is a cross between Muscat of Alexandria and Grenache Gris. It was perfected to emphasize a harmony of fragrance and pleasant fruit flavors. Our grapes are picked at about 22 brix and then fermented in stainless steel to maintain the grapes delicate fruit flavors. It is at its best when served fresh and youthful. We drink it when we're just hanging out with friends, but it's a delicious accompaniment to any spicy dish. Alc. 12% by vol.
