Easy to set up and inexpensive relate to other options. Have had difficulty with customized settings, but the standard alarm settings are suiting our households needs.

I didn't want to get stuck in a contract with an alarm company. This definitely gets the job done. I wish it came with an additional siren.

I was surprised when I set up this alarm and realized how quiet it sounds. Also, it was not compatible with my door frame. The two sensors would be too far apart bc the door frame of my apartment is thick. When I finally got t to work by placing it over the door, the sensors stopped working and couldn't tell if the door was open or closed.

This system was easy to install and works perfectly. I had to call customer service only once and they were very pleasant. One of the sensor batteries wasn't working. They are sending me several new ones at no cost. We're very pleased with the quality, easy installation and the fact that we can access the system while we're on the go.
