JASON Normalizing Tea Tree Treatment Shampoo, 17.5 oz. (Packaging May Vary)

I use this product when my scalp needs extra attention. Clears up any flakes and refreshes the scalp. The smell is pleasant and I like the natural ingredients. I try to keep the shampoo mostly on the scalp and finish with a deep conditioner. I have fine fair and cannot use it daily.

I love this shampoo for my oily/sweaty scalp. It helps get all the buildup out from hair products that I use as well. I have curly hair, yet an oily scalp. A lot of other shampoos just keep my scalp to greasy. With this shampoo I can go a week without having to wash my hair; as long as I haven't been super active. The only downside is that it can dry your hair out. I get highlights so I only use this shampoo every other wash, or else it makes my hair too dry. Dry thick hair and oily scalp, weird I know. Definitely use conditioner after using this product.

I really do like this shampoo. I am a repeat customer. It makes I would say a medium lather. I like the smell, although the medicinal tea tree smell may not be for everyone. I especially appreciate that it is tea tree with no mint in it, because I do not prefer the cold sensation when I want a hot shower. My only gripe is my last bottle seemed a little watered down. Don't know what that's about.

Tea tree is pretty amazing for many many things but it really excels in environments that can get yucky (skin, scalp, nails) this treatment cleared away buildup and left my partners hair looking super fresh. More importantly though, he said his scalp hadn't felt so clean in years.

I've been using this to try to manage my dry scalp/ dandruff in a more “natural” way than Head & Shoulders and the like. I will say that it helps, but doesn't completely eliminate my dandruff problem like other, cheaper and more chemically-laden products. It'd be better for someone with a milder case of dry scalp!
