Turkey Bacon, Smoked and Cured 12 oz (340 g) Rich bacon flavor. Turkey chopped & formed. Natural smoke flavoring added. 65% Less fat than USDA data for pork bacon. Before heating, fat content has been reduced from 8.5 grams to 3 grams per serving. Inspected for wholesomeness by US Department of Agriculture. For Crispy Bacon: Bake; heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place slices on rack in shallow pan or lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake 8 to 12 minutes or to desired crispness. Microwave: Place slices on microwave-safe plate and cover with paper towel. Cook on High to desired crispness. 2 Slices: 1-1 1/2 minutes. 4 Slices: 1 1/2 minutes. 6 Slices: 2 minutes. For Chewy Bacon: Pan Fry; Preheat lightly oiled or non-stick skillet over Medium heat. Recently diagnosed with high cholesterol and Diabetes I figured my Bacon enjoyment was behind me. Sad day. I then remembered that Jenny O Turkey Bacon may be a possibility so I purchased it hoping the flavor would be there. This product checked every mark on low fat and high flavor I needed! You don't know it's turkey at all as it tastes just like bacon!! Thanks Jenny O!!! I really appreciate your wonderful product!! I highly recommend this product to any other bacon lovers!!

I love and only use Jennie-O ground turkey for when I make tacos instead of ground beef. I've also used it in chili and anything else I'd use ground beef in for recipes! Such a more healthy way of eating. There's no fatty grease!

This turkey bacon has the best flavor around. It pairs great with eggs or just by itself. It is easy to cook and isn't greasy at all. Absolutely my favorite turkey bacon

I like to cook them crispy in the oven. I make a BLT, cut it into my omelette, or have with a side of eggs. I don't like the salty greasy taste of regular bacon. This is much better.

I love Jennie•O turkey bacon so much! Due to my religion I don't consume any pork. With Jennie•O turkey bacon I don't feel so left out now. Also, it is way healthier than pork bacon. I am, and will remain, a constant fan.
