Jenny Lind Changer

The shelves for this changing table are NOT solid wood; they are flimsy flexible, almost like cardboard with veneer. Like what you tack on the back of a build-it-yourself shelf. What is not stated on the website info is that it holds ONLY UP TO 20 POUNDS. Which after seeing the shelves, I can see why; from the looks, a package of diapers and wipes would have it bowing in the middle. I am returning this ASAP. Junk. See photos.

I have not yet used it because im still pregnant but it seems to be good quality it dosent look cheap and it look great in her nursery!

Beautiful changing table ,got it to match the JENNYLIND crib for my daughter( the mother to be) I assembled it in half an hour, went great no problems. Wonderful changing table and great price.

No this isnt a super nice expensive solid wood changing table.... But its not priced like one either. This one was the right price for us great for first time parent not wanting to spend a lot, we got the matching crib as well. I now run a daycare in my home and its perfect, i use the shelves for baskets for the kids to keep their things in. With two shelves there is plenty of room. But some cute baskets and you wont even need a dresser for a while. My daughter is now three years old, it was in storage for 2 years and has been used for daycare for the last 6 months and its holding up great

This is a beautiful changing table, especially for the price, and I love the Jenny Lind style. When you look at the pieces, it seems flimsy, but once it has been put together, it is actually quite sturdy. It is pretty easy to put together with two people (I think it would be a challenge with just one person), and the instructions are clear. In some cases, the wood has to be strained to fit together correctly, and I worried while doing that it might break - but it didn't! The color is a wonderful oak with a reddish tinge; but when it arrived, it did not match the "matching" crib at all! I ordered them both at the same time, but the crib came with a very blonde, almost pine-colored stain while the changing table is a rich oak. When I tried to exchange the crib, I learned it had been recalled and is not currently available anymore. I was quite disappointed, but chose to return the crib and keep the changing table because the changing table is the color I wanted.
