For the price it does the job. The volume will only go up to a "medium" level. Kind of disappointing when you want to hear details in the music or listen while you're moving around the house. Very easy to use though and provided a 45 adapter. Plug in and play.
Even though it was delivered in a timely manner, after I unwrapped it, I was so disappointed to find out that the turn table did not work.....it did not spin! Needless to say, I will be returning it.
We have several LP's from the 50's through the 70's. Our old turntable wore out. This is a very good replacement. The volume could be a little louder, but you can add speakers, which is a plus.
I read other reviews before I purchased this record player. It's lightweight and compact. It's perfect for listening to your old school 78,45 and 33 1/3 records. The only downside is the volume on high is not very loud.
For the price, it is fine. Don't expect great sound, but hook it up to your amp if you want good sound. Fun to re-listen to your old albums.
