I bought these earbuds in 2019 and immediately loved them. Since then they have been my everyday earbuds. The sound is crisp and clear with thumping bass. The touch controls are very fast and responsive and they let you control everything. The battery life will last pretty much all day. You will not be disappointed. I highly highly recommend.
This is an amazing product. This has the the best audio and the fact you can change the audio to balance, bass and its own initials audio. You can also use one ear bud for all audio or two for the panning audios(different audio switching to one ear to the other). The only flaw about this product is the size and range. The range is not as bad but it can probably reach to 15ft(it wont actually lose signal but it will ruin the audio, How? the audio that you heard would be one second behind its it wont fully lose signal :/). A way to fix it is by disconnecting it reconnecting it). Just a heads up about the size, the sizes are pretty big, im not gonna lie but it didnt really bother me as much but its just a heads up for people who wants to know but in all fairness, this is an amazing product and i do recommend it and the fact that its this cheap :)))
I really liked these headphones when I first bought them. The sound was great and it connected super quickly to my phone. However, after about 2 weeks, the headphones took longer to connect to my phone and the tap features (pause, volume, skip, etc) stopped working, and the left ear would glitch when I was watching videos. I have returned them and will be trying a new pair.
I bought these as a replacement upgrade from my defective standard jbuds air after both of those inevitably stopped working. I've had this replacement about a month and my left earbud doesn't work at all now which is ridiculous because I use them gently, never even been as much as dropped. About a week before it fully stopped working I noticed that as soon as i'd put it in my ear the sound would stop playing in that earbud, i'd have to move it around im thinking it has something to do with the air pressure, it eventually got worse and i found that lightly sucking on it to release the pressure or whatever would make it work but it was very fragile, once i'd push it in my ear to seal it'd stop working. Now it doesnt work at all. I thought by getting wireless earbuds I'd eliminate them breaking as frequently but these are lasting a shorter amount of time than standard wired earbuds. Being that this is a replacement and I've had issues with 2 different products from the same company ceasing to work after about 30 days speaks volumes for the quality. I'm completely disappointing that I not only wasted money on the first pair but also wasted more money upgrading to what I thought was a better pair only for them to break even quicker than the cheaper jbuds.
I've had these earbuds for just over a month, coming from a pair of Epic 2's that I used so much that I wore out the play/pause/power/etc button. On the whole, I'm pretty happy with these new earbuds. I listen to a lot of audiobooks and podcasts (often with only one earbud in), and some occasional music and phone calls. Pros: * Single-ear listening is flawless, including "hot swapping" from one ear to the other * The way I listen, the batteries basically never die * Very comfortable to my ears * The sound is great * The built-in usb cable works with either side up (although I think I still would have preferred a detachable USB-C cable) * Having EQ control built-in to the earbuds means I actually use it some times (flat for audiobooks, jlab signature for music) * Range & signal strength is pretty good. I can leave my phone on the table and get a decent connection anywhere in my house. * JLab's warranty service is fantastic (based on past experience) Cons / improvements I'd like to see: * The touch controls are frustrating. Sometimes play/pause works on the first try, sometimes on the second or third try, sometimes I give up and get my phone out of my pocket. An audible tone to let you know when it's recognized a touch would help, and/or in-ear detection with automatic play/pause. * The case is just a little too chunky to fit in a pocket comfortably. I'd like to see a slimmer case in at least one dimension (even if it expands in the others). * You can only play/pause from one earbud, but both have EQ control!? I'd like to see both earbuds have play/pause and maybe bump the assistant to 3-taps on one side or the other. In-ear detection would also help here. * The earbuds can go into the wrong slots in the charging case, and they look fine, but they don't charge or disconnect from your phone. It should either work or not fit. * I can hear phone calls clearly, but the other end says that I sound far away. It's not nearly as bad as the Epic 2's were, though. * A hear-through mode would be nice to have. I like the feel of the foam tips best, but I use the rubber ones because I often need to be aware of my environment.
