My son LOVES this tractor. We went right away to purchase a new battery to have a back up and found that it was TWICE as big as the original. The original ran out (through the grass) in about 65 minutes. The new bigger battery lasts about 3 hours. It's from Walmart, and was only $50. It said $75 on the Peg Pereggo site. My suggestion is to get the new battery right away and get it charged, then you have a good back up. It still bugs me that they sell this tractor with a small battery and plastic spacer, and intend to write to the company.

My boys love to ride around and play with the loader in the sand. Assembly was difficult. It took my husband and I 1 1/2 hours to assemble. We delivered the product to store, which took the full 10 days. If you need it in a hurry don't use site to store shipping. Overall a great toy, the boys love to help with yard work. The hardest part is tearing them away from it at the end of the day.

We bought this a week ago for my sons birthday. When I went to put it together yesterday there was parts missing and I had to return it to Wal-mart. This isn't an easy task considering the size of the box. Today I put the item together and couldn't wait until the party this evening to give it to my son. He was so ecstatic when we seen it and rode it for about an hour and 1/2. After stopping to load the trailer with sand from his sandbox we realized the reverse and 1st gear wasn't working. After letting the battery charge back up fully the problem continued. I'm going to have to break my 3 year olds heart tomorrow when I go to take it back. This time I'm getting a completely new ride on. I hope this company can get these things worked out. It is a hassle all the way around from breaking a child's heart to getting this over sized awkward object back to the store! Very disappointed!

I bought this online with the site to store pick-up.Loved It. Grandson got this Christmas Morning, didn't want to get off. He carried the cat and the dog riding with him on his John Deere. This summer he will be riding alongside his PaPa cutting grass.

I bought this product for my 2 year old grandson. He loves tractors, so this is just the thing to light up his face. Mom and Dad can't keep him off of it.
