Johnson and Johnson Baby Shampoo, 15 Ounce

I have been buying this product off and on for over 40 yrs now and i believe that it is the worse formulation and most horrible dispensing device ever. Must be made by in caves in China, this was an American staple, and it appears to be gone like others

Johnson's Baby Shampoo has always had a barely-noticeable,but agreeable scent. In comparison, this newest version reminds me of a perfume bath. My granddaughter started sneezing the moment she got a whiff of it. Please stop changing things that already work.

I have been a Johnson's baby shampoo user for 50+ years and LOVE the product itself. I have to say though, that the new pump bottle is horrible!! I have long hair and have to push the pump more than 5-6 times to get enough shampoo to wash it. I wish you would go back to the old style bottle! I dislike this one so much, I may end up going to a different product after all this time. Please reconsider the bottle design!!

Different specific gravity—floats on the original formula. Odor has changed for the worse. Pump bottle doesn't work: too little comes out with each push; not easy to get pump off in order to fill travel containers, etc. Step backward in all respects. I've been using your shampoo for 40+ years. Now have to find something different.

I have used Johnson's Baby Shampoo for over 15 years to wash my face and especially cleanse my eyelids two to three times weekly as recommended by an optometrist. I bought a new bottle with a different shape a couple of weeks ago and the scent is not a pleasant scent. I will be looking for a different product the next time I am shopping as I cannot continue using the product.
