The new formula is not acceptable - I loved the original PURE CORNSTARCH as it wasn't as powdery. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, BRING BACK ORIGINAL PURE CORNSTARCH I have been using for over 30 YEARS - PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, BRING BACK ORIGINAL PURE CORNSTARCH
Absolutely terrible Perhaps you should look up the word “Pure” Johnson's invented the “Part Pure” cornstarch Why dilute a good thing Have sensitive skin and can't use fragrance or fake fillers Have not heard 1 person comment good about the change Would not recommend to anybody
This was one of the few powders I had found that we could use without me getting sick from the smell. The last one I bought though is horrible. The ingredients are different so I know the formula changed. The scent makes this unusable for me. So frustrating and highly disappointing.
I have been using Johnson's Baby Powder for years, but since there was an issue with the talc, I was bummed. Later on, was so happy when they reformulated it and smells just as great! I have this one as well as the Lavender & Chamomile, which smells wonderful. Up next: Magnolia Petals. It's hard to find. Makes my skin nice and soft, fragrant, and definitely a must for chafing! I am not a parent, use this for myself!
I, like many women who live in a humid climate, have a hard time staying cool and dry. I purchased this powder because it contained aloe and vitamin E. What I did not realize is that cornstarch can be dangerous for women. After using this powder I developed an extremely painful skin rash that my doctor diagnosed as a fungal (external yeast) infection. She asked if I was using a cornstarch based powder because cornstarch is food for the yeast. I checked the label when I got home and sure enough - it was cornstarch. I hope Johnson and other companies will consider trying to educate the public on the risk of this type of powder.
