I bought this gas can a few weeks ago to replace one of those 5-gallon plastic gas cans with the safety green button push button spouts that are advertised as “a simple squeeze” to get the fuel to to pour out. The plastic cans are hard to use and very difficult to press the button while you are trying to hold and angle the can without spilling gas all over the place. The gas comes out in dribbles and takes forever to fill my riding lawn mower. This metal can is very easy to pull back the handle and pour. It also comes with a removable metal filter screen that fits inside if the can spout to prevent unwanted debris from getting inside of the can. I also purchased the optional plastic funnel that attaches to the spout very easily for spill-free pouring and is simple to remove as well. It's a high quality can with nice paint to prevent rusting that I'm enjoying using and expect it to last for a long time. I love it, highly recommended!

Have used these for years at my business and could not be happier! Never the first issue with leaking or excessive gas fumes. They perform so well, that I now replace the cheesy plastic ones at home with them. The truth is, you can't put a price on your peace of mind.. no mess, no fumes, and no worries... And with the price of gas fixing to go through the roof, keeping some spare gas at home wouldn't be a bad idea...
