Works pretry good u can stick ur faxe almost right in it too. Just watched not get burned ok.

At the beginning it worked well i did as mentioned to add salt. After some months i started noticed some black dirty in the water every time i used it and no steam so one day i decided to clean it because there was so much dust in it top the blue area as i removed the screws and opened it the black coil that was inside thats the main thing to produce the steam was damage and was chipping off.

Just got the steamer. It works fine however the product is producing black shreds into the water container. The motor unit is releasing particles of black junk into the water. I have only had the unit for a few days. There is lots of black corrosion material. I tried rinsing it out however there is more and more. Is this normal? Or is the unit malfunctioning. I threw the box out. I would return it.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I didn't see any steam vapouring from unit. I was not even to smell the medicine until I try to put my face on unit and sniff. Definitely returning it as I bought this for my kid and it didn't served the purpose. Walmart service was amazing for online ordering.
