after we had our first, my husband got me a family ring with our birthstones on it, and our sons in the middle. then after having our twins i wanted an updated family ring, so my husband got me this one in the 14k last mothers day. i got the genuine stones, and was extremely pleased at how sparkly they were. this was our first time buying jewelry from walmart and i was skeptical at ordering online but im glad we did it. its perfect. ive had it a year now and it looks the same as the day he gave it to me.

Stones are much smaller than I thought they would be.

I got this ring in white gold with 5 genuine jewels of my children's birthstones. It's more beautiful in person than online. The quality seems very good. Be careful when choosing your size. I suggest you go to the jewelry counter at Walmart and try on their sizing rings to get the right size. The paper sizer you can print off the website is not accurate.

I ordered this ring for my wife for mothers day. I will admit I goofed and waited until 2 weeks before mothers day to order a customized ring, so I was totally expecting (and understandably) for it to not deliver until after mother's day. I placed the order and it told me that the earliest it would be delivered was 19 days after mothers day.... ouch. Much to my surprise, it came in 2 days before mothers day! The wife absolutely loves it.
