The enclosed directions for installation were not user-friendly. The wrench that was supplied was difficult to use, and the plastic cap on one of the wands broke during said installation.

I bought two blinds of the same color and with different formats, but one of them came indicated the correct color on the packaging and the product did not match the color. We realized this only after assembly.
