Keurig - Descaling Solution - White

This is a great product. I threw away my big Keurig because I could not get it clean or to work at all. I bought this and dug the Keurig out of the trash, sterilized it, and used this bottle. It was like a miracle. I will never run out of these bottles!

I used it in my Keurig for descaling. and this is the third time I've used it and the third time it's ruined my Keurig where it wouldn't even turn on anymore.

This was the first time we used it. It's relatively easy to do, but I thought it would completely eliminate any grounds that had escaped the pods, but I still saw a few. Unfortunately my Keurig is not the newest model so the receptable for the pod is not removable, therefore, it's a bit challenging to clean and eliminate the grounds that may have fallen on the surrounding areas. I did rinse 2X with the fresh water and there was no residual taste left behind. My coffee still tasted the same, which was one of my concerns, but it was fine.

I'm giving it a one star because wasn't able to use the descaling solution. No instructions on the bottle. No instructions in the box. So how do you know what to do for your coffee maker on how to descale it? I tried looking up to see if you had a video on how to do it. How much to use? Couldn't come up with one so so far it's still sitting in the bottle. Not able to use it.

I followed the descaling instructions exactly and my keurig started smoking and then would not turn back on. I can't say it was definitely the solution but it didn't help. I got the keurig branded solution to avoid those kind of problems. It took more than 2 weeks to get a replacement machine.
